This site was built to provide quick, fun, creative, suggestions for computer names. I always had trouble deciding on what to name my computers, so this site was made to help others.
It was built using rails, and launched with an initial collection of 200+ names.
Update: I've added public voting and shortcut keys to this site. There is now more ajax support and name definitions.
The folks at Newcastle Dietetics asked me to build a SMS reminder system, to send scheduled SMS reminders to patients. It is currently operating efficiently on their network.
This was my first Rails application deployed to a public environment, and I used custom Rake tasks and cron job to handle the SMS sending.

I've been working on translating my learn how to juggle site into different languages. For fun I created one in lolspeek.
I'm trying to provide as many translations of this as possible. So if you speak a language other than English and would like to help me provide different translations, that would be awesome!

Glyph is a lightweight HTML character encoding look-up application. It allows you to quickly browse or search through the HTML encodings using the web font of your choice.
This is a 10.5 application, and utilises Leopards implicit animations to produce a smooth user experience for finding the glyph you need.
I built this for my own personal day-to-day use, but feel free to download and it try it out. If you have any improvement ideas or feedback, please contact me.
This application is still under development, and is available for download without any warranty. Please do not redistribute this software.

I tried to give the site a "clean" and "healthy" look and feel, as well as make it easy to read. The sites markup includes Microformats contact details. There is also a hidden easter egg in the style sheet.
This is the second Symphony site I've made. I set it up for a Newcastle based Dietitan service.
Before I moved to Symphony, I was using Wordpress to power my blog. This is when I developed the search provider plugin to easily integrate your sites search into users browsers.
I no longer support this plugin, and have not tested it under Wordpress 2.5 (sorry). But if you would still like to use it, feel free to download it!
